Calancombe Estate Cassis (Blackcurrant Liqueur) 25% ABV 35cl

It is deliciously rich and intense on the nose and on the plate is velvety and smooth but with a little acidity balancing its sweetness, creating a lovely well-balanced liqueur.

It is lovely sipped on its own, added to sparkling wine to make a Kir Royale or for mixing with cocktails. We will be popping some of our favourite recipes on to the website shortly.
